Because the screen is WSVGA, you can take the resolution up a notch to a non-standard but useful 1024x600 resolution. It also amazingly has a 64-key QWERTY keyboard. plus two built in cameras, bluetooth, wireless lan, wan, Intel 945GMS Chipset with the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, the list goes on … 

The people at Engadget liked the Sony UX280P so much that they voted  it Handheld of the Year for 2006.
